2-ply piggyback labels are typically used for reader response, direct-mail, and prize information. The double-label construction of the piggyback enables the upper label to be peeled off and reapplied elsewhere. Both layers can be flush-cut (the same exact size) or different sizes (requiring both an inner and an outer dimension).
